At Move Design Labs, llc. we strive to make our payment process straightforward and flexible to accommodate your preferences. Our accepted payment methods include online payments for convenience and speed, certified checks for secure transactions, and wire transfers for direct and reliable processing. These options ensure that you can select the method that best suits your needs while enabling a smooth and hassle-free collaboration with us.

Retainer & Grace Period:
If a retainer is received prior to finalizing the Statement of Work, refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days to allow time for contract review and alignment on project details. This ensures a smooth and transparent process for both parties. All retainers will be refunded at the end of the engagement.
Billing: Payment is due every two weeks for consulting engagements. All project payments will be specified in the SOW with payment structure.
Late Fees: Charges are 5% per month based on invoice due date.
At Move Design Labs, LLC. we value meaningful partnerships and are committed to supporting innovative ventures. While we typically work on a payment basis for our design services, we recognize that certain circumstances may warrant a more collaborative approach.
In select cases, we are open to exploring equity arrangements as part of our engagement, particularly when there is strong alignment between our values and the long-term vision of the project. This approach allows us to invest in shared success while providing exceptional design expertise to help bring transformative ideas to life.
[+] Fees: Any work requested outside of the agreed-upon Statement of Work will be billed at our hourly rate for 2025. This ensures transparency and allows us to accommodate additional needs while maintaining clarity on project scope and costs.
[+] Travel: For projects requiring travel beyond 100 miles from one of our locations—Midwest (Chicago, IL) or West Coast (Newport Beach, CA)—all travel expenses will be billed to the client. Travel expenses include flights and any necessary transportation to meet your project needs. To help manage costs, we fly coach for trips under 10 hours.
